Technical papers are invited on the topics outlined above and other subjects related to the theme of the conference. Abstracts should be submitted to the Chairman of the Technical Committee by e-mail. Abstracts should be clearly state the subject matter, the objectives, and the important conclusions to be presented in the full paper. The abstract should include the title of the paper, the author’s name and the af?liation including the mailing and the e-mail addresses. Selection of papers will take into account the orginality, relevance and likely interest to delegates. Theoritical papers are expected to include experiments or practical validation and/or detail of likely applica-tion. Guidelines for the submission of manuscript for review and the preparation of ?nal draft will be communicated upon the acceptance of the abstract.
