EWC-2011

An exhibition will be held from 13 to 15th June 2011, intended to provide an opportunity for companies, consulting and research organizations to display and demonstrate their products and services related to the subject of electricity and water conservations and other associated services. Interested organizations are encouraged to participate either by sponsoring the event or by taking part in the exhibition.

The exhibition stands are 3m wide, 3m deep and 2.5 m height, Stand _tings will consist of a system stand, two florescent lights. In addition, each exhibitor will receive the following benefits:

	Exhibitors names will be published in the web site.
	A brief profile of 10 to 15 lines of each exhibitor will be included in the official exhibition guide which will be circulated to all invited officials, VIPs, visitors and other dignitaries.
	Advertising space will be available in the Exhibition Guide at a minimum cost.
	Wide publicity will be given in the Gulf Region about the exhibition to attract consultants, contractors and Government officials to visit the exhibition booths during the period.
	Each exhibitor is entitled for one delegate attendance with full conference package.

Cost of Exhibition Stands

• Full Exhibition space - BD. 900 or US$ 2,430 with fittings (3x3 mtr)

• Exhibition Space without fittings - BD. 95 or US$ 255 - per sq. mtr
(Minimum size is 9 sq. mtr )

Note: In case of cancellation of Exhibition Space before 1st May 2011, the Exhibitor will be refunded the Exhibition Stand cost after deduction of nominal Administration Charges borne by the Conference Secretariat.
