An exhibition will be held on 14 to 16th June 2010, intended to provide an opportunity for companies, consulting and research organizations to display and demonstrate their products and services related to the subject of electric-ity and water conservations and other associated services. Interested organi-zations are encouraged to participate either by sponsoring the event or by taking part in the exhibition.

The exhibition stands are 3m wide, 3m deep and 2.5 m height, Stand ?tings will consist of a system stand, two ?orescent lights. In addition, each exhibitor will receive the following bene?ts:

• Exhibitors names will be published in the web site.
• A brief pro?le of 10 to 15 lines of each exhibitor will be included in the of?cial exhibition guide which will be circulated to all invited of?cials, VIPs, visitors and other dignitaries.
• Advertising space will be available in the Exhibition Guide.
• Wide publicity will be given in the Gulf Region about the exhibition to attract consultants, contractors and Government of?cials to visit the exhibition booths during the period.
• Best three exhibitors will be selected and honored on the third day of exhibi-tion. All other exhibitors will be honored with certi?cates.

Cost of Exhibition Stands:

One full exhibition stand with ?ttings (3x3mtr) 9sq.mtr-BD900 or US $ 2,430. Exhibition space without ?ttings - BD 95 or US $ 255 per sq. mtr. Minimum size is 9sq. mtr.Acceptable forms of payment include US Dollors/Bahrain Dinar by Bankers Draft payable to BAHRAIN SOCIETY OF ENGINEERS or Credit Card Mail Order. In case of cancellationof Exhibition Space before 1st May 2009, the Exhibitor will be refunded the Exhibition Stand cost after deduction of nominal Administration Charges borne by the Conference Secretariat.
